Because of all the confusion surrounding "royalty free" music and the complex licencing agreements surrounding some music providers, I have decided to put this no-nonsense site together to make my personally-created music available for other people to use safely in thier YouTube / amateur film projects AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS etc. without the fear of royalty breaches and lawsuits etc.

There are just a few very simple rules to using this music in any of your projects (including commercial projects that generate money for you).

1. You need to accredit the FREE music (visibly) in your project (see the very simple licence page for the exact  wording)

2. You must NOT sell or redistribute any of this music except as incorporated into a creative project.

3. You must NOT sell or distribute this music in its native format (i.e. as a music CD or as downloads - even if it’s free)
