** A creative projects is classed as a video, movie, podcast, trade show, live show, product commercial, or other similar project where the music is an integral part of the overall project, but is not the main focus, or purpose of the project. The only exception is telephone on-hold music – which this music CAN be used for.

With this music, you can NOT:

* Re-sell it (in part or in whole) directly or indirectly.

* Distribute, re-distribute, rent, sell, lease, sub-lease, or otherwise transfer any of this music except as woven into a **creative project.

* Distribute / re-distribute this music in its native format (i.e. as a music CD, even if it is free, or as downloads from a website etc)

* Include this music on a website play list. (A single track used as webpage background music is OK, but it must not be made available for download (as that would be classed as re-distribution).
